1. Cleanse the face and pat dry
2. Use 4 pumps, this is sufficient for the entire face, avoiding the eye contours, nostrils and mouth
3. Let the Pumpkin mask work for 2-5 minutes
4. Remove the mask with cold water, using a washcloth or compress
5. Use a new cold compress over and over again until the skin no longer feels warm
The mask may be applied twice a week. Remove the mask immediately if severe redness or irritation occurs.
